A sales explorer who has spent the last 20 years landing and expanding brands in the drinks industry.My career to date has seen me wear many different hats over the years but one thing has remained constant for me, and that is the hunger and passion for scaling brands, connecting customers and team members to the vision, and bringing strategies and ideas to life with a “swing for the fences” approach. Given the hugely competitive nature of the drinks business, I am also a firm believer that one’s brand is only as strong as their partnerships, and building long-lasting, authentic and value adding relationships has been key to my success. I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the most reputable businesses and brands in FMCG and liquor including Balter Brewing, Red Bull, William Grant & Sons, Frucor Suntory and Drinkworks. This experience has seen work across sales, marketing and leadership functions in on premise, retail, catering, QSR and emerging channels, and along the journey I have been fortunate to learn from some of the best industry leaders. My most previous position as Head of Retail at Balter Brewing, had me oversee the retail liquor strategy and managed partnerships with Endeavour Drinks and Coles Liquor Group, and in turn helped grow Balter into one of the most iconic Craft brands in Australia. My other accomplishments at Balter included:- Embedding its portfolio into core range across majority of national retailers, and in turn establishing its XPA and Hazy as top performing brands in category - Establishing Balter as #1 volume and value brand in CUB craft portfolio, and helping achieve +270% growth from 2019 to 2022- Developing and executing best in category customer NPD exclusives with Coles Liquor, Endeavour Drinks and CellarbrationsAs Sales Director at Fellr Drinks, I am stoked to now lead such an exciting and authentic brand into a new growth stage to become #1 independent seltzer brand in Australia.
