As the business owner of Data Renovation, I specialize in the design and development of data management systems that help to reveal the deep knowledge embedded in information. With over 30 years of experience in data modeling, analysis, and reporting, I have assisted government and industry clients in various sectors, including natural resources survey, asset management, quantity surveying, financial services and telecommunications.Throughout my career I have focused on bringing information technology to natural resources management for, amongst others, Dept of Territories, ACTEW, MDBA, Sydney Water and NSW National Parks and Wildlife. I have graduate qualifications in natural resource management and environmental survey, post-graduate qualifications in information technology majoring in data management, and industry-recognised expertise. My mission is to design information systems that generate new insights and promote deeper understanding of complex and dynamic data. I use a range of tools and technologies including SQL Server, MySQL, Microsoft Office/Access/Excel, PowerBI, SAS, Matlab and R to create integrated and user-friendly data solutions. I enjoy collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized and reliable data systems.
