Project managed installation and commissioning.Led the successful recruitment of the company’s first overseas-based Business Development Managers in the UK and USA.Closely involved in implementation of a formal strategic planning process and worked with the new senior marketing consultant to develop a strategic marketing plan.Tripled the manufacturing workforce in order to support strong growth in demand.Oversaw substantial sales growth in key international markets.Advatek Lighting was recognised in September 2024 at the Governor of Victoria’s Export Awards, winning the Creative Industries category.Made some friends along the way and would like to think I have had a positive impact on the culture of the business.It’s been brief, but a lot of outcomes there that have been enormously fulfilling. Originally brought in as sole Australian director to turn around the local manufacturing operations at Mumme Tools. Subsequently involved in the acquisition and integration of the Wattmaster and Alco brands, substantially expanding the range and national reach of Klein Tools Australia’s local market offering.

Full P&L responsibility for the Australian arm of a multinational manufacturer, including Business Development, Finance, HR, Operations, Plant Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality. Oversight of all aspects of the company's business, including manufacturing operations in the States of South Australia and Victoria. Strong growth in sales and profitability based on targeted diversification, teamwork and performance strive through KPIs.
