Project managed installation and commissioning.Led the successful recruitment of the company’s first overseas-based Business Development Managers in the UK and USA.Closely involved in implementation of a formal strategic planning process and worked with the new senior marketing consultant to develop a strategic marketing plan.Tripled the manufacturing workforce in order to support strong growth in demand.Oversaw substantial sales growth in key international markets.Advatek Lighting was recognised in September 2024 at the Governor of Victoria’s Export Awards, winning the Creative Industries category.Made some friends along the way and would like to think I have had a positive impact on the culture of the business.It’s been brief, but a lot of outcomes there that have been enormously fulfilling.
