Own business of projects development and implementation: energy recovery from waste, biomass and sludge, as well as water and waste-water treatment. M ENERGIA is a professional partner both to the municipal entities and private branch with focus on: - CHP waste to energy plants incl. drying and co-incineration of the sludge and hydrogen production;- biogas plants - biomethanisation of organic fractions from MSW; - biomass fired CHP plants;- water production and waste-water treatment infrastructure- photovoltaic farms

>Development and implementation of Renewable or semi-Renewable Energy Projects (RES) both investment and EPC projects such as: - Waste Mineralization Plants (waste to energy projects in C-GEN technology of low emission gasification and catalytic oxidation) with drying and co-gasification of the WWTP sludge as well as hydrogen production units - Biomass CHP plants incl. bio-methanization of organic waste (energy recovery from biodegradable fractions from municipal solid waste MSW) - Photovoltaic farms- Waste Water Treatment Plants both industrial and municipal >Building relations with local governments / municipal companies and business partners.

I managed the process of development and implementation of investment projects in ENERIS – one of Polish key players in waste treatment and renewable energy. As a Board Member – I supervise several Group entities.Type of the projects:- waste to energy centers including drying and co-incineration of the sludge- biomass CHP plants- PV farms- MBT plants and landfills- water production and waste water treatment infrastructure (own projects and PPP ) Main projects:> CHP Biomass Plant in Siemiatycze (Greenfield, 18 MWt + 9,6 MWe, capex 26 mEUR net). Project is ready for implementation (valid construction permit, high ranked local energy cluster, RES auction won, EPC contractor selected)> Waste to Energy Plant with Sludge Drying Installation in Ruda Śląska (Greenfield, 120 kT/y, 40 MWt + 10 MWe, capex 105 mEUR net). Project is currently in phase of obtaining of the environmental decision)> Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant in Bydgoszcz (General refurbishment of the plant, 10 kT/y, capex 4 mEUR net). The project is ready for implementation)

I have created and managed a new division acting in the field of environmental and hydrotechnical projects incl. waste water and water treatment plants, flood protection works, renewable energy (wind farms), high pressure gas network.I was accountable for:> preparing the bids both for public and private sector, negotiating contracts (consortium, EPC, subcontracting etc.), risk assessment, overseeing and managing phase of implementation > creating marketing policy of the company on the new field of its activity> managing budget> establishing business relations with potential clients, business partners and financing institutions.Main successfully implemented projects:> WWTP Pruszków MPWiK Warsaw (D&B, 20 MEUR net). Bidding, acquisition, construction and start-ups. Consortium PORR – WTE Wassertechnik Gmbh.

After and in result of 5 years of close cooperation I initiated a creation of a new j-v company between VINCI Environnement and Warbud in order to strengthen potential of the EPC contractor in the field of Waste to Energy and methanisation plants in Poland. The new entity has tendered 4 waste incineration and 2 waste methanisation plants in the D&B formula and realized 1 sophisticated methanisation plant at Gać Oława PL.

I have created and developed a new business activity for the company - waste water and water treatment, renewable energy, solid waste treatment including Waste to Energy plants. I have established and managed a new division with its team of 30-40 high skilled engineers and support services staff. I was fully accountable for bidding (incl. creation of international consortium) and implementing historically the largest contracts in the Polish waste water treatment sector. Main projects:> WWTP Czajka in Warsaw (D&B, 520 MEUR net). Acquisition of the largest environmental project ever done in Poland. Setting international consortium (WARBUD-Leader 55% of contract scope/value, VEOLIA, WTE, KRUGER + SIEMENS as key subcontractor). I was accountable for the first phase of realization (designing, obtaining building permit and starting main works) > Sludge Incineration Plant in Warsaw (D&B, 105 MEUR net) Consortium: VEOLIA-Leader, WARBUD 30% of the contract scope/value. Overall responsibility for the biggest sludge incineration plant in Poland on behalf of Warbud (consortium, acquisition, implementation) > Sludge Incineration Plant in Łódź Consortium: VEOLIA-Leader + WARBUD 30% of the contract scope/value. Overall responsibility for the acquisition and realization of the project on behalf of Warbud.> Extension/modernization of WWTP in Łódź, Sosnowiec, Babice, Siedlce Overall responsibility for civil part> Sludge drying plant in WWTP Hajdow at LublinOverall responsibility for civil part> Methanisation unit for the MBT plant in Oława Acquisition and starting of the construction
