Greg held several positions of growing responsibility thru his 35 year career at Oscar Mayer, Kraft and finally Kraft-Heinz which became the the third-largest food and beverage company in North America and the fifth-largest food and beverage company in the world,Associate Director Engineering (2008-2015)► Built technical relations with equipment suppliers to identify, develop and commercialize innovative packaging equipment platforms. ► Led a cross functional to develop a new procurement process of supplier integration across ~ $10B of direct and indirect material spend driving product development, packaging innovation and productivity.► Established Design for Six Sigma program across Kraft North America. Program Manager, Capital (2004-2008)► Led and simplified the $1.4B global capital budgeting process ► Implemented improvements to the Capital Forecasting Database managing over 4,000 projects and $2+B of forecast capital spending.Sanitary Design Program Manager (2000-2004) ► Re-defined Sanitary Design at Kraft. Trained over 2,200 engineers, R&D scientists, sanitation staff and suppliers in the principles of Sanitary Design. Applications Engineering Manager (1997-2000)► Managed a department that developed and supported process and packaging equipment for meat, cheese and pizza products.Engineering Manager, Kraft Pizza Company (1994-1997) ► Led the engineering effort across the Jack’s and Tombstone plants.
