Current- Microsoft Copilot & Studio Developed an end-to-end workstream with custom GPTs for SEO, enhancing output efficiency with fewer resources. KPIs in progress.- ABM (Account Based Marketo): Established a marketing program targeting tier-1 accounts, including digital sales rooms, lead flow, and media strategy.- Marketo: Managed the setup of the Marketo platform, including vendor selection, configuration, Salesforce integration, lead scoring and lead lifecycle, and report configuration. Currently overseeing daily operations.- Google Cloud Platform: Leveraged Big Query, Looker Studio, Cloud Storage, Zoominfo and Data Prep to create an integrated web and marketing campaign reporting platform.- Web Analytics: Migrated Google Analytics from UA to GA4, managing daily website performance reporting.- Budget: Formulated the 2023 marketing budget and spend forecast. Currently overseeing all marketing vendor relationships and payables.- Tradeshows: Conducted vendor review for a new custom booth design and ongoing tradeshow support.- Print: Created an e-store for self-service print ordering by the sales team. Currently managing all enterprise print projects.
