I serve as EY’s Global Energy & Resources Industry Tax Leader, as well as the Americas Energy Transition and Renewable Energy Leader for Ernst & Young LLP, and I am a Partner/Principal in our Houston office, sitting in our National Tax Practice. I focus on assisting companies in evaluating cleaner, more efficient methods of operating, as well as analyzing all energy sources. I also represent capital providers and funds in the evaluation and structuring of energy investments.
