Newforma develops and markets project information management (PIM) software for architecture, engineering and construction firms worldwide, and the owners they serve.+ Managed a team of ten software engineers spread between Portland, ME; Denver, CO; and Manchester, NH.+ Responsible for overall infrastructure and architecture, including Amazon AWS deployment (EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, SNS, SES, ELB) and SOA strategy.+ Worked closely with the product manager to identify and prioritize software features and defects.+ Defined delivery timelines and release schedules.+ Defined a quality assurance (QA) process for Newforma after the software was acquired from Attolist.+ Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP with the Zend Framework 2. Web-based construction project management software (SaaS) for Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners. (Acquired by Newforma in August, 2012) + Initially the sole engineer responsible for designing and implementing the company’s SaaS solution, including infrastructure support and management. Eventually became the lead for a small team of software engineers. + Led the company’s technical transition to Newforma, after the acquisition.
