Select accomplishments include: • Managed several customer engagements in Europe and Asia with leading telecom companies including Samsung, Lucent, and Option, resulting in the first successful testing of 3G data calls using a mobile handset.• Successfully led a 3G Datacard customer through conformance, interoperability, and user trial testing with a major European operator.• Maximized contract revenue across all 3G engagements by accelerating critical deliveries.Senior Manager, Software Development 1999 – 2002Promoted from Manager to Senior Manager within the first year. Managed protocol stack and driver development for 2G/3G platforms. Selected accomplishments included:• Grew the software organization from 2 engineers into a multi-site, high performance team consisting of 35 software engineers located in the US and India.
