Responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the hockey club, as well as managing the team’s payroll, immigration procedures, player recruitment, player housing, and media relations. Managed all hockey operations including practice plans, tactical operations, and systems. Provided training and support to the players and worked with them to develop the needed skills to enhance their play on the ice and in the community. I had the opportunity to organize a free agent camp of 30 players from around the world. This included recruiting, organizing hotel and travel, registration, insurance, and all on ice practices and games.
