Project Scope includes: 3 to 4 years, transformation focused on business readiness (people, process, procedures, training, software, & hardware) for 2,000+ employees, 360 Service Canada Centers nation-wide, impact on annual volume of 2.5 million domestically issued passport documents. The project includes the planned procurement of over $2 million in hardware (peripherals).Responsibilities include:• Supported Senior Management and assigned program leaders during planning phase of the project to align business requirements, operational constraints and overall project objectives in the Treasury Board submission.• Led the scoping of project’s redesign of service delivery process within processing centers to support deployment of new software and hardware to replace aging, legacy operating model (software and process).• Focus was on methodology utilized for deployment strategies and deployment approach. • Team Integration with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) deployment and business readiness team.• Led stakeholder engagements, workshops with senior project leaders, operations, regional staff and regional change management experts. • Produced senior executive status reports, presentations and briefing notes on many key deployment topics• Led a working group on the redesign and implementation of a revised transaction level payment model so that accurate and efficient reconciliation and settlement processes.
