Key Achievements- Successful negotiation and closure of a 10,12 and 30 year US$360 million US Private Placement and the associated currency and interest rate hedging arrangements (June 2011)- Formulation & implementation of the funding strategy for the acquisition of A$108 million Country Energy Gas Networks in October 2010. This involved obtaining Board and Financier approvals and the negotiation of a A$108 million bank debt and equity financing package. - Successful negotiation and closure of a 17 year US$150 million US Private Placement and the associated currency and interest rate hedging arrangements (Feb 2010)- Negotiation of $290m syndicated multi-currency bank facility during the worst credit conditions of the GFC (July 2009)- Upward revision of the Company’s S&P credit rating from "BBB-" Negative Outlook to "BBB" Stable Outlook.

For the past nine years I have worked in a number of commercial and finance roles with Envestra Ltd, the Adelaide based listed infrastructure company. For the past five years I have had a dual role as the Group Treasurer and adviser to the Commercial Manager, managing the company’s debt and derivatives portfolio plus providing economic and strategic advice in support of Envestra Ltd's commercial activities. Specific areas of responsibility: Liquidity management, corporate funding and interest rate risk management for the Group’s $2 billion of debt and associated derivatives; Monthly Board reporting on the Treasury function; Development of strategy – commercial & financial; Financial modeling for the Group;  Analytical input to a wide range of commercial and regulatory activities;
