Prior to establishing GM Realty Advisors, LLC, Mickelson was a partner with Koll Development Company, directing the company’s Western Division retail development activities throughout California, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. His responsibilities included acquisitions, site selection, feasibility analysis, planning and financial evaluation, entitlements, design, construction management, leasing, operations and disposition. During his eight-year tenure with Koll, Mickelson participated in the planning and development of over 3.3 million square feet of projects, including neighborhood shopping centers, community and lifestyle centers, power centers, and mixed-use office, hospitality and retail entertainment complexes.Company also known as Koll Real Estate Group (KREG), Koll Development Company (KDC) and The Koll Company.
