Provide on site support to area owners and mine execution/planning personnel through the inspection, analysis, and implementation of standardized practices (VPS). Utilize computer software to input and track job requests and progress to report on a daily basis, while analyzing KPI information. Assist reliability with RCA and maintenance plans. Lead and take part in daily routine meetings. Deliver information based on technical expertise to external and internal engineering resources and lead site meetings with staff and contractors. -Coordinate projects and implementation while following legislation and withholding commitment to safety standards -Complete RCA and VPS responsibilities reporting to site stakeholders utilizing maintenance and analytical knowledge and experience -Take part in routine meetings and inspections to represent the reliability and engineering departments on site -Apply leadership qualities while assisting inspections, leading contractors on site, following MoC processes and enforcing safety with all personnel

Conceptualized, designed, built, tested, and commercialized equipment utilized in the hard rock mining industry. Applied acquired skills in planning and project management to meet client deadlines and expectations. Implemented practices and procedures to allow for repeatable processes and manufacturing to be completed. -Utilized engineering concepts, knowledge of the mining industry and machining practices, and CAD software to develop complex solutions -Directed client demonstrations of robotic machinery in an underground environment and reciprocated information to the client -Interacted with fabrication shops to ensure quality control requirements were met
