dYdX Foundation - Finance & OperationsGeneral description:Finance & Ops is responsible for accounting, forecasting, building background infrastructure and processes to support our 4 organisational pillars. I joined as the 1st full time Finance member to lead efforts for this Pillar. Core responsibilities: Finance & Accounting: Lead all finance and accounting for our 3 entities • Manage relationships with external parties (bookkeepers, tax professionals, accountants, EORs, legal advisors, and auditors) to coordinate the creation of financial statements and preparation of tax and legal documents• Building and maintaining group consolidation model for management reporting and decision making• Performing monthly closing checks and balances on standalone basis• Owning full accounting control over bookkeeping for one the subsidiaries • Creating and maintaining budgets and forecasts and scenario testing and analysis • Maintaining oversight over liquidity and financing needs and sources across all entities Operations:• Designed and built a scalable fully automated model to monitor and track transactions across 30+ crypto wallets including ERC20 tokens and NFTs• Oversee and execute payments from dYdX Grants Program (DGP)• Manage accounts payable and receivables, invoicing and payments across crypto and fiat • Identifying and addressing process gaps for business critical processes• Owner and controller of Foundation Employee Benefits programGrowth Finance: • Supporting International Growth Team in budgeting and building bottom up projections • Designing performance KPI and ROI metrics for marketing campaigns across different channels• Finding solutions to integrate and automate data extraction and analysis of data from multiple tools and sources

Meta Global Risk Operations (GRO)Project Manager - GRO Data Analytics & Ops Core responsibilities:• Cross functional coordination and management of multiple XFN groups and leadership• Design and technical implementation of data infrastructure and process for GRO Capacity Planning Events (scope: +100,000 FTE hours across 80 work streams and countries)• Building automated matching model for GRO Capacity Allocation • Creation of SQL queries for quarterly business reporting (QBR) • Design of Operational KPIs and SQL development for gap analysis and performance tracking Market Operations:• Managing remote content moderation (CM) team of 12 reps • Mitigating market risk during high-risk events (e.g. Elections, Olympics, Events,..)• Enforcement and Investigation of bad actors and content• Classifier performance analysis and RCA• Policy development and SME area specialisation

Roche Diagnostics Division General description:Finance business partner - Member of core finance team responsible for Roche Diagnostics business in the Adriatic region (Slovenia, Croatia, BiH). Key responsibilities included providing 360 financial support to the leadership team in the areas of reporting, controlling, planning and strategy.Controlling and Reporting:• Owner of reporting events: Ensuring accurate and timely closing of accounts and reporting tasks; review and reconciliation of accounts, accrual creation, G/L posting• Cross-functional Business Partner: Creating and delivering management presentation, building, updating and consolidating profit estimates• Financial Controller: Analysing cost variances, review of TB accounts and balances, ensuring correct cost allocation across cost centres, maintaining SAP records• Main POC to shared service centre (SSC): Acting as single point of contact during reporting and closing window• Finance POC for Diabetes: Supporting Diabetes division with ad-hoc analysis and planningFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):• Actively engaged in planning events: cost estimation on a very granular low level (per cost centre and G/L) on monthly basis; bottom-up sales planning• Managing planning efforts across all internal departments, providing direct support/context in building planning assumption, translating inputs into suitable formatsProject Initiatives & Ad-hoc analysis:• Driving finance efforts surrounding strategy and tooling: Actively engaged in formulating product pricing strategy and creating customizable dashboard in Tableau for cost control used by department Heads and leadership team• Building financial models, scenario analysis, finding and closing efficiency gaps, driving automation of standard processes and tasks

Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)Promoted in June 2017Key assignments:• Actively engaged in 7 transaction assignments, including buy-side and sell-side/vendor financial due diligence, lead sell-side M&A and valuation • Design & built business valuation models using DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis and asset valuation model using cost (direct, indirect) approaches• Drafted teaser, information memorandum and other transaction documentation; administered VDR, managed pool of global investors and other stakeholder communications, facilitated Q&A sessions, organized conf. calls, site visits/expert sessions, etc.• Assisted in business development opportunities by attending industry conferences, networking events and crafting proposals• Led, mentored and developed junior members of the team

Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)Promoted in August 2015Key assignments:• Participated in 17 transaction engagements involving buy-side and sell-side/vendor financial due diligence and valuations• Prepared adjusted EBITDA, working capital and net debt schedules and analysis of financial statements (PL, BS, CF) and its subaccounts/individual line items• Held interviews and Q&A sessions with target management and controlling personnel to gain deeper understanding of the business and the underlying risks• Constructed asset valuation model using cost (direct, indirect) approach and over 15 other high-level desktop company valuations using comparable transactions and guideline companies approach• Collaborated with other (senior) team members and internationally with other EY offices in the CEE region on cross-border deals and targets covering multiples jurisdictions

Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)Key assignments:• Participated in 4 financial due diligence engagements, including one project in Hungary working for a buy-side client on potential acquisition of hygienic paper products with presence in Slovenia and SE Europe • Performed analysis of financial statements, constructing databooks and drafting report sections • Assisted in business development activities, responding to RfPs, creating proposals and presentation materials

AssuranceKey assignments:• Participated on over 25 audit engagements covering various different industry sectors including manufacturing, insurance, automotive, chemicals and telecommunications• Conducted walkthroughs, SCOT analysis, sample testing, inventory counts, analytical reviews and other general audit procedures
