I am a business leader who has worked across a wide-ranging legal landscape for over 20 years. I practised law (ex-Norton Rose) for nearly 10 years then recruited, business developed and HR business partnered before now running a top-tier law firm secondment/resourcing business. I have a strong legal and talent acquisition/management background and am widely networked within the legal industry in various jurisdictions. My career has provided me with opportunities globally and equipped me with a diverse and unique skillset. Since 2010 I have strategically sourced and successfully placed more than 400 lawyers in jobs globally. In recent years I have managed more than half of those placements from start to end. I have an innate passion for legal recruitment and career coaching and I pride myself on providing the highest levels of service to all internal and external stakeholders from executive to junior levels.
