Positions ranged from VP to Store Management in many locations throughout the United States. Responsibilities included the planning, development and coordination of projects to insure operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness. Coordination required full cooperation within this matrix organization including store managers, corporate buyers, corporate sales and operations, teams of project coordinators, internal planners, and customers as many projects were completed during hours of store operation.
