Started as the Server and Network Administrator for several companies ranging in size from 5 to 175 employees. Managed mostly Windows Servers with a couple Linux Servers. In addition to server and network administration I also handle a wide variety of responsibilities including SQL query writing, helpdesk/end user support, and EMR/EHR administration.As of August 2022 I am now the Server and Network Administrator for two healthcare organizations, ranging in size from 130 to 250 employees. I manage two separate EHR systems, server and network environments, and am onsite at both locations multiple days each week. Some examples of the larger projects that I've handled are:- Upgraded all server operating systems from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2016- Migrated Exchange 2010 server to Office 365- Refreshed all server hardware as well as laptops/desktops for end users- Upgraded ESX hosts from 5.5 to 7.1- Deployed and configured Camera/NVR system - Deployed multiple MDM solutions to cell phones- Set up backup system through VEEAM pointing to three different physical servers for redundancy- Set up disaster recovery site capable of turning on and running all servers with minimal downtime

My FC IT Technician responsibilities:- Support 200+ users as the only IT Technician during night shift.- Provide technical support for hardware and software problems on Windows and Linux.- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity problems.- Administer Cisco layer 3 Switches.

My IT Services Technician responsibilities:- Administered SonicWALL firewall, Netgear switches, Cisco layer 3 switches- Administered Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012- Administered VMware and XenServer- Provided desktop support for 80+ onsite users, and 30+ remote users

Performed software testing and hardware repairs on iPhones.
