Led Sales & Operations Planning process and global supply chain activities for international network of 3 plants manufacturing Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC). Supported annual sales of over $225MM in diverse applications in Nutrition, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, and Energy.Managed Purchase for Resale and Toll Manufacturing team supporting four major product lines with over $175 MM in annual sales.

Organization leader in multiple units. Operations director of 480-person aircraft maintenance with an industrial complex of 6 facilities: Unit was named #1 maintenance operation in US Air Force. Reconstituted and implemented Quality Assurance team responsible for monitoring & improving activities of over 1,800 logistics and maintenance team members. Managed warehouses and aircraft spare parts inventories at an overseas location, simultaneously supporting 24-7 multi-national airlift operations into a combat zone while relocating inventories and closing the installation.
