About Greg Murray

Responsible for business development and client relationship management at ThoughtWorks. I partner with my clients as a technology leader and trusted advisor applying a strong technical background with over 20 years consulting, software delivery and business management experience. A digital native, having started my career in 1998 at AKQA. I led the technical consulting and development teams helping the company to grow and become one of the most respected and awarded digital agencies.In 2004, I co-founded Priocept - a technology consulting business, marrying the client service and agility from the 'agency' world with more established processes from management consultancies and systems integrators, to help clients innovate and deliver digital products and services to their customers. Leading the business from technical advisory to clients; to the implementation of large scale web platforms; to running the financial and operational side of the company.In 2017, I joined ThoughtWorks to work with best-in-class software delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programmes, using my expertise in business management, technical consultancy and hands-on programme delivery roles to develop existing client relationships and create new business opportunities.I have helped clients such as London Stock Exchange, Lloyd’s of London, Orange (EE), Virgin Mobile, British Car Auctions, Avis Budget, Nike, Sainsbury’s, BMW and GlaxoSmithKline invent, design, build, launch and successfully operate their web platforms and supporting digital services.I enjoy working with clients that are ambitious, are market leaders in their sector, who embrace change and the new business opportunities that change creates.
