I am an experienced creative strategist with a versatile background in marketing and design. As co-founder of FIFTEEN, an award-winning ad agency, I built, recruited, and developed a cross-functional team of 20+ professionals, including creative writers, designers, programmers, account executives, media planners, and public relations specialists, alongside external contractors and vendors. Over 15 years, we expanded our client base across industries such as CPG, manufacturing, healthcare, and finance.Before founding FIFTEEN, I worked with clients such as the Cincinnati Reds, Procter & Gamble, AT&T, Showtime, Match.com, Boston Consulting Group, JP Morgan Chase, and Discount Tire. In addition to my agency work, I launched several companies and subsidiaries, most notably a regional food brand called Ru’s Pierogi. This brand achieved widespread distribution in New York State Wegmans stores, other retailers, and restaurants.
