Met aggressive schedule and throughput goals. Achieved “Best in Class” rating from top tier customer for Optical Detection in combination with eBeam Review. Led a group of 25 Engineers in SW, HW, Algo’s and Systems. • Jan 2012 to June 2014: Program Manager for fast ramping Electron Optics Review product. Drove transition from engineering to volume production. Drove CIP’s resulting in Reliability (MTBI) improvement of 300% and a drop in Cost of Service (CoS) by 50%. Achieved availability goal of 95% in high volume production (HVM).
