Identifying these opportunities, creating new business plans and properly executing them is what I do. I'm a motivated healthcare manager, leader, and strategist. I'm expert in operations management, provider management, data analysis, and business strategy.I've had the opportunity to spend the majority of my career working for the 3rd largest Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, which has a billion dollar operating budget, more than 5,500 employees and is nationally known for its innovative solutions. My tenure in this Healthcare System has allowed me to wear many hats--student, mechanic, analyst, manager, supervisor, marketer, strategist, mentor. Altogether, this experience has given me the knowledge of how a facility runs, from the bottom up. My passion is turning business problems into opportunities, creating and implementing solutions, and then watching my intended output come to fruition. My mission is to improve the quality of patient care and improve efficiency by increasing patient access, increasing provider productivity, decreasing costs and increasing patient and employee satisfaction.
