I also gained proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and industry best practices, and demonstrated my skills through projects such as message boards, business websites, and education apps.Before transitioning to software development, I served in the US Navy as a medical assistant for over five years, where I obtained a security clearance and developed transferable skills such as documentation, training, communication, and troubleshooting. I have a passion for technology that spans over two decades, starting with building websites and computer systems as hobbies and now pursuing a fulfilling career as a full-stack developer. I am also committed to learning new languages and platforms, such as TypeScript, WebAssembly, and systems programming, to stay at the edge of the industry.
