As VP-Finance and the Company’s original Controller, I led accounting team that produced monthly financial statements per dental office along with the annual audited financials. In addition, I was key contributor the in the Company’s multiple complex transactions including the completion of a the Company's $1.225 billion merger transaction where the private equity investor since 2008 was replaced by a newer, larger private equity firm.
