My most recent adventure and professional story was when I proudly joined M&T Bank in October 2022 as the New England Regional Manager, Residential Mortgage. In this role, I am dedicated to strategic planning, talent acquisition and development, sales management, and business development strategy for the Residential Mortgage origination business.I am no stranger to change, and in fact, embrace it. Before joining M&T Bank, my journey in the industry was woven from acquisitions, mergers and entrepreneurship. I served as the Head of Wholesale Lending for Bayview Asset Management, LLC (Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC), an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credit, including whole loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage servicing rights, and other credit-related assets. I joined Bayview after leading the sale of the third-party origination businesses from Homeward Residential, Inc. (Ocwen Financial Corporation). My position as President of Homeward Residential, Inc., a nationwide multi-channel mortgage origination business and wholly owned subsidiary of Ocwen Financial Corporation, began when I joined through the sale of the mortgage business I founded in 1998.On the personal side, I am a proud father, husband, native New England ski bum and storyteller at heart.
