Je co-dirige l'entreprise Level Up qui accompagne les copropriétés dans leurs démarches de réhabilitation et rénovation thermique des bâtiments. En valorisant les droits à surélévation nous proposons de réaliser les travaux pour un coût résiduel très faible pour les propriétaires.L'activité de Level Up est principalement dans les zones de montagne, milieu qui nous tient particulièrement à coeur.

Directeur de site / Directeur d'exploitation de domaine skiable.- Chef d'exploitation, maintenance des Remontées Mécaniques et suivi des visites réglementaires et mises en conformité. Interlocuteur du STRMTG.- Encadrement de personnel, planification des tâches, suivi des travaux et heures de travail pour le personnel permanent (4 personnes) et saisonniers (22 Personnes)- Ressources Humaines, Définition des besoin en main d’œuvre, recrutement du personnel, rédaction des contrats, gestion des plannings et suivi des heures, mise en place des accords d'entreprise.- Commercialisation, définition de la stratégie commerciale- Investissements, montage et suivi des projets de développement touristique, recherche de financements et subventions.

As a Chief Officer, I am direct assistant to the Captain,Head of the Deck department on the ship, I manage a team of 15 crew members and assign their duties.I am in charge of:- Shiphandling, assistant of captain during maneuvering, harbour approaches and departures.- Cargo operations + cargo handling, monitoring live operations (planning of refrigerated cargo, Dangerous goods, Out of gauge cargo and break bulk cargo.)- Ship's deck and deck apparatuses planned maintenance, using maintenance software- Safety Officer onboard responsible for the maintenance of all safety equipments (fire safety + life saving appliances), responsible for the implementation onboard of the company policy regarding Safety-Security-Environment- Designated Environmental Officer onboard in charge of ship's waste management plan,- Requisition and Orders of deck spare parts + consumables- Ship's Hospital management + medical care on board- Designated training Officer onboard, training to the crew for fire fighting / safety equipments, drill planning.

As Second Engineer, I was direct assistant of the Chief Engineer,My duties were:- Management of the Engine Crew, dispatch of the tasks, job planning- Preventive Maintenance of all E/R equipment using Maintenance Planning Software- Curative Maintenance- Root cause search for all kinds of breakdowns, deviations from normal working conditions- Order of Spare parts and consumables for Engines.The main equipments in E/R were:- Slow Turning Main Engine / internal combustion engine- Diesel Generators + Alternators- Air Conditioning Plant- Centrifugal Purifiers for HFO, DO, Lube Oil- Steam Heater- Plate heat exchangers- All kinds of pumps and valves (including remote controlled)
