Key activities & Tasks- Effective team management delivering reliability, effectiveness and readiness.‐ Allocation of resources (internal and external when needed) to ensure SLA's and hosting requirements are met, to include provision of event schedule and hosts.‐ Regular quality control of Event booking, hosting and aftercare process.‐ Management of direct reports, to include performance reviews, training and mentoring, and managing any personnel issues.‐ Follow up of the Team KPI's‐ Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert, to customers and Sales on Events‐ Book, schedule and provision Event activity as well as host and execute post production work.‐ Troubleshoot and resolve real-time service issues‐ Update job knowledge and databases through documentation and communication with managers, the Client Care team and others within NTT Cloud Communications.
