I am focused on making it easy for international companies to successfully invest, operate and stay compliant in Singapore and Asia Pacific. I lead the accounting outsourcing practice for Mazars in Singapore, providing corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and payroll management services for Singaporean companies. I am also the Project Management Officer dedicated to the development of Mazars in the Asia Pacific region and I am still the Chief of Staff of the President of the Mazars group.

As International Project Management Officer (PMO), I work with Mazars Group Executive Team to provide support in transversal and special group projects including business strategy, organization and practices. I work closely with Mazars Group CEO and his executive team, facilitating, coordinating and supporting the above matters. This includes the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings as well as research and drafting of papers and presentations.

Mazars in Bali opened in June 2010. Mazars was the first international accounting and consulting firm to open an office on the Indonesian island of Bali. Mazars Bali proposes financial and sustainable development audits, internal control, legal, tax and a range of financial advisory services to support SMEs and entrepreneurial businesses at every stage of development.Achievements:• Responsible for the launch & business development of the Mazars Bali office; - Recruited & supervised 28 employees realizing a yearly turnover of over US$ 0.5M on the third year,- Established & led 4 departments: Audit & Financial Advisory Services, Accounting Outsourcing, Tax, and Legal,- Developed office management protocols creating a model for future branch offices in Indonesia, and- Managed a removal and a merger with an external environmental consulting firm.• Developed the MIHRSC - Mazars Indicators for Human Rights & Social Compliance, which led the Mazars group to win the IAB award for the "Audit Innovation of the Year" for its Human Rights audit practice.• Authorized licensed user of ADEME’s Bilan Carbone® tool & methodology.

• Responsible for statutory audits (PRC & French GAAPs) and consolidated financial statements (IFRS) for French global companies based in China in both industry and service fields (Beijing Spot Image, Lisi, Faiveley, Translohr, Beijing Ecocert, Beijing CCIP Consulting);- Set out the audit strategy, ensure its implementation and coordinate Mazars local audit teams and specialists (Tax, Financial Instruments, IT),- Audit production sites and consolidated financial statements, including internal controls review, under PRC, French GAAPs and IFRS,- Supervise and coordinate the preparation of deliverables to Mazars France, and- Manage up to 12 Chinese staff, direct and practical experienced of dealing with Chinese clients. • Established and coordinated Mazars China’s Sustainable Development working group and prepared Mazars China’s Sustainable Development Audit offer.
