As the first hire in the newly formed division of a leading $45B+ global contract manufacturer, I was tasked with transforming the way things are made. I secured multiple rounds of internal funding to spearhead the company's first global corporate strategy focused on additive manufacturing. Key achievements include:- Building and leading a team of 20+ experts to develop Machines, Processes, and Materials (MPMs) capable of competing with traditional manufacturing at scale.- Managing c-suite negotiations and fostering relationships with industry leaders such as HP, EnvisionTec, Carbon, Impossible Objects, Desktop Metal, EOS, 3DSystems, and other top 3D printing companies.- Collaborating closely with business units to align with customer 5-year roadmaps and additive manufacturing needs.- Reporting directly to the Jabil C-Suite to establish and execute strategies communicated to stakeholders and investors.
