For the last decade, managed a portfolio of Air Force and Defense projects through a contract lifecycle. Beginning with lead generation, built and managed a book of classified and unclassified technology projects. Led Proposal Operations for the Air Force NETCENTS-2 Small Business IT contract. Planned, built, and delivered over 40 proposals and over 50 RFI responses and responded to all questions and Evaluation Notices over the course of the last ten years.
