Crafting the Marketing and Communications Strategy of Trahan Architects, a full service Architecture Firm operating out of New Orleans and New York City. My role spans Marketing, Communications, and Business Development, working with the partners to articulate and connect with clients, institutions communities, and industry professionals that share the firm's ethos.

As Marketing Director, I was TWBTA's main point of contact for all prospective new projects, RFQs, RFPs, and public relations. I worked collaboratively with firm partners to develop the firm's marketing & communications strategy while maintaining a comprehensive archival record of the practice’s institutional and cultural projects. For the firm's business development, I maintained client communications, performed research, assembled proposal packages, and prepared presentations for all new work opportunities. In leading public relations I managed the firm’s press inquiries, arranged project photography, and strategize external messaging via partners’ lecture opportunities. I established and maintained the firm’s project archive, which spans 40 years of documentation, developing a narrative record of the much-celebrated and respected studio.

Researched, coordinated and compiled materials for prospective projects and bids. Worked with external PR consultant to develop communications strategy and respond to all press requests. Negotiated monograph publications, maintained promotional file database, and assisted in new website migration.
