Driver hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company. During time with driver hire has worked on several different assignments a variety of different companies . The majority of these assignments have been driving, driving 3.5 tonne vans for companies such as Abergas, Henry Schein, Mackay’s jam factory, Lloyd’s pharmacy and Greencore. Tasks included loading the vans and checking the van for road worthiness, planning the quickest and easiest route to the destination and delivering the load to the customer with a friendly manner. Other positions during time with driver hire have included warehouse picker/packers, labouring, and drivers mate positions. These tend to involve heavy lifting operating in a fast-paced environment.

Montrose

Montrose F.C play in the 4th tier of the Scottish football league. Duties at Montrose F.C included a strict fitness regime/football training as well as playing every Saturday.

After leaving school was offered the chance to play professional football with Queen of the South at the age of 17. This position was full time, 5 days per week as well as playing a game on a Saturday. As well as training, was offered several different qualifications including BTEC level 3 health, fitness and exercise, health and safety at work certificate, and FA Level 1 coaching badge. During time with the club would also assist with tidying the stadium after match days, turnstile operator and coaching in the community during summer camps.
