• Performed and finished the project which represents the biggest and most modern tiger enclosure in Europe on time and in pre determinate financial goal.

• Successfully leading over 500 workers (employees, contractors and sub-contractors) at the peak of construction work on at that time biggest multi-story residential building project in Slovenia (410 apartments)• Implementing new standard of quality control that investor demanded from our company as a contract condition

• Successfully finishing two of the biggest residential multi-story building projects that company constructed at the time of my employment (104 and 96 apartments). Both finishing with 30% profit at both projects were finished on time and in predetermined budget.• Coordinating part of the project that investment found SSRS (Apartment Found of Republic of Slovenia) sponsored and was related to implementation of new standards in quality control of apartment building construction in Slovenia.
