Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to liaise with policyholders and explain certain types of withdrawals or policy rules.Problem solving by communicating and working with other teams internally and externally to resolve issues regarding intricate Policies or Trusts. Attention to detail is essential to ensure compliance with The Financial Crime Agency requirements and ensure that paperwork regarding policies and checks on evidence of identity are completed correctly.Working to Service Level Agreements is a key part of the role, ensuring that necessary requests are made and checks completed on time to allow requests on policies to be completed in line with our SLA.Ensuring I meet organisational and individual Key Performance Indicators to ensure that customers are not dissatisfied with the service and I deliver on Company Vision and Values.
