These various sports helped in furthering my knowledge in coaching sport. For example, one of my days at Kings Camps I planned games and drills for Rugby, Football, Rounders, Athletics, Swimming, Basketball and Rounders. These various sports helped in furthering my knowledge in coaching sport. Before Kings Camps I had only learnt about rugby and football coaching however I grew in confidence every week in delivering sessions based on other sports such as Tennis, Basketball and Cricket. The camp was open to ages 5-17 years old and I worked with every age group. When working with the younger groups I had to be more responsible and strict with them however with the older groups I got them involved with coaching some sports and giving them the freedom of what they want to do throughout the day. The usual day would run from 8am - 6pm over the six week of summer so I gained a huge amount of experience in my time at Kings Camps. Show less
