Customer Interaction: • Assist customers in understanding how to use Apple devices, apps, and services effectively. • Offer hands-on technical support and education to enhance the customer experience. • Communicate complex technical details in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring customers understand the steps taken to resolve issues. 3. Sales Support: • Assist with the setup and configuration of new products for customers to ensure they leave the store with fully functional devices. • Recommend products and services based on customer needs and questions, often cross-promoting Apple’s ecosystem. 4. Training and Development: • Stay updated with the latest Apple products, features, and technologies to provide knowledgeable support. • Participate in continuous training to enhance technical expertise, keeping pace with Apple’s evolving product line. 5. Collaboration and Teamwork: • Work closely with the Genius Bar, Sales Team, and other retail employees to ensure a seamless customer experience. •

- Having the responsibility of maintaining/keeping the pool area to a high standard via chemicals (Bromine & PH levels).-Had the responsibility of looking after a total of 36 children all from different backgrounds. - Taught children how to improve their swimming technique for longer duration.- Teaching children Junior Lifesaving (Effective CPR & Techniques of rescuing casualties)-Had to undergo multiple LBD (Lost Bather Drill) to maintain safe procedures during fun water activities.
