Gregor has 25 years of competitive golf tournament experience at all levels – from elite junior events (AJGA), high school golf at De La Salle (state championship team in 2006), and graduated from the IMG Academy in Florida. He was recruited onto the golf team at UCLA, was Pac-10 Freshman of the Year, and a 3-time All American. He played amateur golf at the highest level, including a victory at the Southern Amateur, 3-time sweet 16 at the Western Amateur, and was medalist at the USGA US Amateur at Erin Hills in 2011. Having turned professional in 2011, he has dedicated his time and energy to constantly improving and learning every step of the way. Some professional tours he has played on include the European Challenge Tour and PGA Korn Ferry Tour. He has also qualified into multiple PGA TOUR events including the 2016 US Open at Oakmont, the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, and the Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Invitational. These experiences playing at the highest level have given him a great understanding of what it takes to excel at this sport.Gregor has transitioned into teaching/coaching for the last two years and is currently working towards his PGA Class A Certification. He focuses on body mechanics and is dedicated to building a swing that is individual to each person, realizing there is not a one-size fits all swing. By combining his understanding of all aspects of the game – mental, physical, technical, and how they all work together to create an individual approach to improvement, Gregor will create an improvement plan based on the individual’s goals and priorities. He has the ability to work with Juniors to help them advance to high school, college golf, and beyond. He is excited to work with anyone at any level, who is passionate about golf and wants to improve their scoring, mechanics, driving distance, and short game.
