In my daily work routine, I communicate with customers and production plants around Europe to ensure order receipt, order entry, follow up (confirmations) , and order / goods delivery. I use SAP & Excel daily and I communicate in Slovenian, Croatian and English language. I am responsible for customer(s) from Croatian, Serbian, Bulgarian and Albanian market.My main tasks are:1. Receiving and entering orders in to SAP.2. Managing customer order book according to best “know-how” in order to confirm orders as requested by customer. 3. I have been working in the supply chain of Henkel since the beginning of 2012. Within the scope of my job I am actively using the programme SAP and communicate in foreign languages (English and German). My main duties are: 1. Ordering and organisation of the supply of materials to Henkel factories for the "Beauty care" division. Before that I was ordering labels for several Henkel factories throughout Europe. In the company Agencija Mori d.o.o. I was working as an assistant insurance agent. I was arranging meetings with customers, whom I paid a visit together with my mentor. We looked at the existing insurances, advised them and if necessary offered new, additional insurance possibilities.

In this company I have worked in the position of an administrative secretary. My primary task was to support and help the management (for example preparing offers, communicating with customers and suppliers, courier services and the like).

The company IQ d.o.o. was my first employer. I started working there already in secondary school through the agency for employing students. I worked as a telephonist - organizer, arranging meetings with customers at their home for other field co-workers. In comparison to other employees my arrangements were amongst the most successful ones according to the so-called feasibility (how many of the arranged meetings were actually realized).
