As the leader of the tribefire Academy, I am responsible for the technical enablement of customers, partners, and Braintribe’s internal staff. This enablement addresses two distinct groups of tribefire roles: the developers and the non-developers. Both Braintribe and our partner/customer base is rapidly growing, therefore, the Academy’s focus lies heavily on scaling and the provision of self-service tech enablement. Main activities:- Re-setup of the growing tribefire Academy team with a strong focus on scalability.- Provision of tech enablement materials for the tribefire 2.0 ecosystem.- Hosting of tribefire bootcamps on a regular, monthly basis.- Definition, evaluation, setup and maintenance of a tribefire enablement platform providing training, tutorials, tech documentation and developer references in a self-service manner.- Establishing additional academy channels for non-tech enablement.
