    Elected Leadership Fellow
Society Of Leadership Fellows, St George'S House, Windsor Castle Jul 2019 - Present
    Windsor, Gb
St George’s House was founded in 1966 by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh and the then Dean of Windsor, Robin Woods, as a place where people of influence and responsibility in every area of society can come together to explore and communicate their views and analysis of contemporary issues. The House is located within Windsor Castle and forms part of the fourteenth century foundations of the College of St George. The heart of the College is St George’s Chapel, where three times aday, every day, prayer is offered for the nation. That tradition of prayer, established in 1348 by King Edward III, has extended for more than six hundred years. It is precisely this tradition that gives the House its impetus and its wider theological context. The offering of prayer in the Chapel finds a practical expression in consultations, where the House offers space for nurturing Wisdom.Today our Consultation programme focuses on three distinct areas: contemporary issues, service to the Church and hospitality for groups who, understanding the ethos and core objectives of the House, bring to us their own consultations. Taken together our annual programme is varied, rich, and intellectually challenging. The Duke of Edinburgh believes that, as the College is hidden away within the Castle walls, it is particularly suitable to attract people in positions of leadership within government, industry, commerce and the churches as a place for discrete discussions of mutual and national interest.https://www.stgeorgeshouse.org/about-us/

Stefan Zweig Zentrum SalzburgOn the site of two smaller houses dating back to the 13th century, Edmund Sinnhuber, the abbot of St. Peter’s Abbey, had the Edmundsburg erected at the end of the 17th century as housing for “deserving retainers of the Abbey”. Since the mid-19th century, the building functioned as a “sanctuary for poor boys”, and until the end of the 1950s it was a boarding house for students and apprentices. In 1961 the International Research Centre for Social Ethics (Internationales Forschungszentrum für die Grundfragen der Wissenschaften) was founded here.Since the autumn of 2008, Salzburg’s Paris Lodron University has re-established the building, which is owned by the Archdiocese of Salzburg, as a “House for Europe”. The Edmundsburg houses the Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies (SCEUS), the Faculty of Economic, Labour and European Law, and a European Centre for PhD Students. An important centre for friends of literature, the Stefan Zweig Centre, one of the University’s research centres, occupies the ground floor. An exhibition informs visitors about Stefan Zweig’s life and works, the Centre offers events focusing on Austrian literature in the first half of the 20th century, and international relations with other universities are cultivated here. The Stefan Zweig Centre publishes a series of academic publications and has been working on a new edition of the author’s fiction. https://www.salzburgerfestspiele.at/en/l/stefan-zweig-zentrum
