Brand Property Portfolio Responsible for development of the Company property portfolio through acquisition and disposal; stores, office and warehouse property acquisitions; managing expectations of the main board; work with retained parties to deliver the best possible stores/locations at the best possible terms; including reviewing legal bundle with retained lawyers, working with retained surveyors - valuation, building surveying, structural surveyors to ensure premises are fit for the purpose and suitable for occupation taking into account the needs of the Company. Reviewing information produced by retained 3rd parties to achieve any advantage for the Company with a mind on minimising and control of future liabilities, in particular dilapidations, repairing obligations and wherever possible persuading landlords to invest more in their properties for the benefit of the Company. Project management of all property fit outs. Effectively manage contractors, timescales and budgets to ensure selected premises are available for occupation within the tightest possible timescale, as well as absorbing any "unknown delays/problems" identified once on site following commencement of works. Deal with pre-contract negotiations to ensure that DDA and CDM Regulations are complied with as well as any specific landlord fit out requirements and approval procedures. To observe and be familiar with Local Authority Planning requirements and ensure the final approved drawing package is submitted in a timely manner to allow the fit out to proceed. Keeping up to date with ever-changing statutory regulations effecting buildings and health and safety etc.Dealing with property disposals and lease surrenders as well as relocations both from a timescale and cost prospective Dealing with whole acquisition process from site identification, board approval through to handing over to the Retail Team in time to stock the store and trade by the target opening date.

Ensure training programmes are thorough and recorded.InsuranceEnsure the provision of insurance cover, indemnifying the Company against risks associated with the retail beauty products business. Manage renewal process, placing cover on best terms where appropriate. Manage and investigate claims. Ensure Company Policy and procedure is observed whilst at the same time ensure staff , Company wide, are aware of how to reduce risks associated with the retail sale of beauty products.
