Director, Network Action And Leadership Development
Current• Deliver a responsive network engagement strategy that equips Audubon’s network to support the organization’s strategic priorities, including on-the-ground conservation work, advocacy, issue campaigns, outreach, influence building, and community science• Collaborate with state and regional office leadership to provide guidance and real time support to a distributed team of chapter relationship managers in order to facilitate interaction between similar roles in various field programs• Effectively lead the ongoing development and implementation of capacity building and partnership development with the Audubon chapter network, including developing programs, creating partnerships with high-capacity chapters, and overseeing open channels of communication between Audubon and its affiliated chapters• Build partnerships with aligned national and community organizations to support and scale community-level work• Engage in digital platform evaluation and implementation for tracking outreach and volunteer activity• Synthesize and deliver input from the network engagement team to Audubon leadership to help inform strategies• Orchestrate Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging trainings for internal and network-wide education and professional development
