Responsible for leading the strategic development, execution and optimization of Red Card Player’s Club.• Develop customer loyalty program• Provides direction and leadership for the team, work closely with VP, Marketing to develop strategic annual plan to achieve KPI• Explores and recommends new business opportunities to drive incremental revenue• Responsible for all marketing program analysis• Develop database marketing through the analysis of player tracking information• Planning casino marketing budget regarding to rooms, expenses, redemption programs, utilization of various vouchers• Developing, coordinating, implementing and directing all aspects and activities of direct marketing/campaign in accordance with the mission and objectives• Supervises the development of, and secures budget requests for the database and CRM development projects• Develop analytical assessments of including segmentation and lifecycle analysis• Oversee the execution of all loyalty programs from planning and implementation

Make plan and assist in execute marketing campaigns and strategies to attract and retain Red Card Club Gaming guests.• Assist the Director to plan, coordinate and execute events and promotions• Liaise with the Gaming Division to serve Red Card Club guests• Create accurate statistical reports to be used as a reliable benchmark for performance evaluation, to aid management’s decision making and suggest exploring new potential customer pools• Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns in terms of revenue and expenses• Ensure complimentary rooms, travel and gifts are issued to guests according to Company policy

Conduct statistical analysis on promotional campaigns, members’ registration and member turnover to aid the development of more efficient marketing strategies to Red Card Club members• Keep track of customer turnover through the database• Analyze data and prepare regular reports on revenue, expenses, incoming guests, average guest spend, etc.• Monitor the performance of the membership database • Investigate and analyze market trends and competitor activity and address potential reasons for trends and variances
