With a 30-acre campus and 160K sqft. of covered storage served by Rail, GMW delivers integrated solutions tailored to meet supply chain needs.• Led the planning, design and construction of a multi-purpose campus to deliver the project on time and on budget. Developed operational functions and standards for five customers without business interruption.• Supervised daily operations including sales, sourcing and logistics to achieve sustainable growth and P&L goals. Created value added services by integrating new processes for exports to Asia Pacific.
