As an Account Executive at Brainial I am responsible for the full sales cycle with a focus on the Dutch market. During my conversations I help companies to get a good understanding of how AI could help improve their tender process.

As an Account Executive at Sana I have been responsible for the full sales cycle with a main focus on the Netherlands, occasionally selling in different countries such as Sweden and South-Africa. The majority of the time I worked on new business. During 2023 I also worked together with the Customer Success team to sell migrations to existing customers.Both successfully, which meant that I could join the presidents club twice in a row.Next to generating revenue, I have been responsible for the collaboration with some of our partners.

As a BDR at Sana Commerce I have been responsible for the both outbound and inbound contact with prospect, qualifying and scheduling demo's. Once the demo has been scheduled, I handed over the opportunities to an Account Executive.

Due to my high performance, I got the opportunity to become part of the management as a Team Captain. This position made me responsible for the sales of a team consisting of five employees. During the day I would go door-to-door, work on the street or at events to sell monthly contributions for A-brand charities (such as the Red Cross, Amnesty International etc).Besides that, I provided personal coaching trajects to promising new employees. The coaching traject did not only make the new employee a true sales talent but focussed on their ability to train others as well. At the end of this traject, the employee was ready for a promotion and would take responsibilities for his/her own team.

As shown below, I started my gap year with three months of volunteering work. When I arrived back home I started to work at Direct Result for three months (shown above) with a starter function. Then I left my comfort zone to do what I like to do most: learn new things. I got to know different places, different cultures/perspectives and had the opportunity to develop my skills (such as improving my English) at my own pace. After six months on the other side of the globe, I went back home to start my study International Business Administration and started working at Direct Result again, where a promotion was waiting for me.

I started my gap year with volunteering work in Ghana. I worked as a primary school teacher, teaching my own class of around 20 students all the different subjects you expect in primary school. After school, I helped out with additional teaching and fun activities for the local youth. During my three month stay, I learned a lot about improvising and working with the resources available, due to the lack of resources and organization.
