''Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn''.As a gradute of a study program Construction Management, I got a job in Slovenian leadingconstruction company (SCT d.d.), where I was developing and strenghtening my leadership skillsas a site manager. After managing a large construction site, coordinating staff andorganizing activities for the smooth execution of the work without any interruptions, I decidedto continue my studies (postgradute level) at Faculty of Economics - programManagement and Organization. I wanted to upgrade my extensive technical knowledge andexperience with business knowledge in the areas of management, sales and motivatingemployees. The acquired theoretical business knowledge I initially asserted as a Head of keyaccounts for Adriatic region in the company specialized for Google Advertising. Icontinued my career path at Slovenian kindest job portal (mojaZaposlitev.si), where I havebeen working since 2010 as a Key Account Manager. My main responsibilities are acquiring keycustomers and maintaing close contacts with them in domestic (Slovenia) and foreign markets (mainly Croatia, Austria, Germany and Switzerland).
