While now main focus is in energy/solar/storage industry I was working in ICT industry for most of my professional career. Going from product development through product management and solution sales I made huge contribution to establish #1 business pillar of Iskratel (now Kontron Slovenia): Broadband Solutions. I was a key member of propulsive startup Innbox where Broadband Gateway business model was evolved and developed to gain significant market traction for business to grow exponentially. Later career focused on FTTH consulting and designing comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions for Next Generation Access, including FTTH xPON projects, for telecommunication network operators and integrators, with corresponding business modeling for Intelligent Access Networks.From 2017 I took over ideation and innovation process as an Innovation Manager, promoting team leadership, strategic planning, creativity, experimentation, fostering culture change, building symbiotic innovation engine to its execution counterpart by steering innovation strategy and creating captive environment for corporate focused creativity and innovation, running innovation campaigns and training sessions using lean and agile practices (Lean Startup, Customer Discovery, Business Modeling, Lego Serious Play, Storytelling, Metered Funding, Open Innovation, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban). In short, I help the ideas and their authors to find the right reason for the implementation within the corporate ambitions.Training, consulting and mentoring become main focus when I left Iskratel, eventually ended in co-founding a company in energy industry with a great focus for safety and advanced business models in rapidly evolving solar and battery storage market.
