Kalasi Cellars is a premier boutique winery founded and owned by me and my wife. We are executing a new vision for Texas wine, focused on creating world-class quality, estate-grown wines, utilizing the best technology in our vineyard and winery. We are one of the very few vertically integrated wineries in Texas with vineyards (we use 100% estate-grown, Texas grapes), a production building, and tasting room. Additionally we are the first winery in Texas with an optical sorting line.

Select Project Experience:- Assessed 3,500 HC Global Shared Services organization to develop transformation strategy and roadmap. Launched programs inclusive of improved performance visibility through Power BI dashboard, redefined Collections model supporting a ~3.5 day DSO reduction, standardized legacy accounts payable activities, and developed mechanism to capture root causes of payroll challenges to support continuous improvement efforts- Managed global team including US, India, Czech Republic, and Poland resources during integration of Finance Shared Services teams at a leading IT Services client. Assessed 4,000 resources against activity taxonomy to support operating model design and value capture solution. Defined global process operating model with O2C, R2R, AP, and Payroll process verticals and supporting horizontal functions. Hypothesized, planned, and operationalized $40M run-rate savings, representing a 25%+ in-year reduction of budget through labor migrations and service catalog rationalization. Developed process integration plans, particularly for R2R RACI alignment, by leveraging best practices across legacy teams- Led team to develop strategy for business operations function, assess current state, define future-state hybrid operating model, build organization design, and transition organization to future state. Transitioned organization through extensive management of change activities, resulting in 45% run-rate savings ($6M) through labor arbitrage, process redesign, and work stoppage while maintaining business-critical operations- Analyzed client footprint to identify offering affinities for up sell and cross sell opportunities. Teamed with Knowledge Management to integrate affinities into opportunity research engine. Engaged with client’s account executives to develop account growth strategies, including leverage of offering affinities. Supported $100M+ in opportunities resulting from account team engagement

Select project experience:• Analyzed product portfolio for Fortune 50 telecom, leading to a reduction in product depth to enable a more cost efficient IT transformation project• Created tool to analyze Fortune 50 client's property tax in light of new provisions. Analysis resulted in multi-million run-rate savings

• Identified areas to grow product line and increase sales through analyzing website traffic, sales data, and competitor product offerings; collaborated with business units to develop new products to fill these identified opportunities• Teamed with Web Team to identify and develop new features to website, including development of custom request portal to standardize requests and reduce strain on Applications Engineers• Led hundreds of product launches through collaboration with Business Units, Applications Engineers, and Technical Marketers in the US, UK, Germany, Sweden, and Japan• Created and optimized hundreds of targeted advertisements with Google AdWords based on a deep understanding of product line and market, resulting in lower cost-per-click and higher click-through rate
