As part of the senior management team, I provide leadership and general oversight of company goals and activities. I direct and manage development and information technology policies, programs and schedules. I plan and provide for current and future; data processing requirements, computer services, network communications, and management information services to accomplish short-term and long-term company goals and objectives.

I was an implementation manager and development team leader managing development, customization and implementations for the HomeSeekers.com Multiple Listing Service system.

I managed a Regional Multiple Listing Service system serving 10,000 real estate professionals in the San Francisco bay area. I oversaw Systems operations, internal development and helpdesk.

I installed and managed a turnkey MLS system for the Santa Barbara Board of REALTORS and Multiple Listing Service. The system was a Prime computer (super mini) based system with 24 dial up modem lines. I also did custom development for the service.
